The terms for our free home charger offer, reservations and orders, in plain language.

A. Free home charger offer

Every new vehicle bought from Eco EV comes with a 3 kW portable charger and a 7 kW residential wall charger.
Eco EV installs the wall charger at the buyer's home free of charge, including up to 15 m of cable from the distribution board.
Cable beyond 15 m, distribution board upgrades, trenching or any other extra electrical work are quoted separately, and only done once the buyer approves the quote.
Installation is done on the day of vehicle delivery, at addresses in Gauteng, Limpopo and the Free State. Outside these areas, contact us.
Installation is done by a qualified electrician and is subject to a safe, compliant electrical installation at the property.
The offer has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, a discount or another product.
Eco EV may change or end the offer, but this never affects vehicles already ordered.

A reservation on this website is not a purchase or a binding agreement. An order is only confirmed once you accept our written quote and payment is received.
Payment is by EFT. Only pay into banking details you have confirmed by phoning us on 083 624 9080. We never change banking details by email or WhatsApp.
Stock is in import, and ETAs are estimates. We confirm the delivery date once the vehicle lands.

Prices include VAT and are subject to change and availability. E&OE.
Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change without notice. Images are for illustration and may show overseas specification.

Vehicle warranties, battery warranties, service plans and roadside assistance are provided by the manufacturer on its terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
